• All products displayed on our catalog are subject to stock availability and daily fresh preparation.

• While we strive for absolute accuracy in descriptions, ingredients, and images, slight variations may occur in artisanal spices, masalas, and freshly prepared items.

• We reserve the right to decline or adjust order quantities based on batch availability and delivery constraints.

• All prices displayed are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or the specified regional currency and include applicable local taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Payments can be made via UPI, online payment transfer, or Cash / Pay on Delivery upon order confirmation.

• An order will be marked as Paid once the transaction is verified by our administrative team or delivery personnel.

• Local orders are typically fulfilled within working hours and dispatched directly to the customer address provided during checkout.

• Customers are responsible for providing correct contact phone numbers and delivery landmarks.

• Store pickups can be scheduled during regular business hours at our physical location in Thamarassery, Calicut.

• Cancellations can be requested prior to order preparation or dispatch by contacting customer support on WhatsApp.

• Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of spice mixes, pickles, and food products, returns are accepted only in case of package damage during transit or verifiable defect.

• Approved refunds are credited back to the customer's original payment method or UPI account within 2–5 business days.
